Many of us face prob like device offline here is the method to fix it.

1st of all install Universal adb driver.
Then download pdanet to install drivers just google it
IInstall these drivers too

Ok lets start!!
1-Install Universal adb driver and pdanet in your pc
2-Install drivers using pdanet.
3-Then go to c:>users>user name> .android
4-Open adb_usb.ini in notepad
5-Paste 0×1782
6-Save the file
7-Go to c:>adb
8-Then open cmd.exe there (In windows 8.1 click File option in top left corner)
8-Type adb devices
9-It will show some code there like this
