Hi Guys! Welcome ……….
There are some features in windows ,which actually some people don’t know even exist, like this one Setting automatic shutdown in Windows.
This feature is very useful when we already started any big task, which is half completed and we have to leave our home/office.Leaving Desktop/Laptop open even after task is completed will not only comsume power but also if there will be a sudden power cut,Desktop will be turned off suddenly which isn’t good for Windows OS.
So I have a solution for you.
Today I brought you a method by which you can easily set automatic shutdown on your windows 10.
I didn’t checked on 8.1,8,7 but I think it should work.
Way 1: Set auto shutdown via Run.

Way 1: Set auto shutdown via Run.
Tip: The number in the run command represents the value of seconds.
For example, if you want your PC to automatically shut down in 10 minutes, the command to be entered is shutdown –s –t 600.

Way 2: Set auto shutdown via Command Prompt.
Step 1: Open Command Prompt.
Step 2: Type shutdown –s –t 1200 (i.e. 20 minutes) and press Enter.
Way 3: Create a basic task named Shutdown.
Step 1: Open Task Scheduler
Step 2: Tap Create Basic Task on the right

3: Type Shutdown as the task name and click Next.

Step 4: Choose when the task starts from Daily, Weekly, Monthly, One time, When the computer starts, When I log on and When a specific event is logged, and then hit Next.

Step 5: Set the start time of the task and click Next.

Step 6: Select Start a program and tap Next.

Step 7: Click the Browse button, open C:WindowsSystem32, choose the exe file named shutdown and hit Open.
